However, there is one more thing that forces the people to get the new connection of Robi Mobile. Well I am talking about the way of getting new connection of Robi in Bangladesh. All we know that some mobile companies have very strict rules and regulations about buying the new connections of that company. Robi Mobile does not show this annoying attitude towards getting a new connection for any person in Bangladesh. In fact, the most annoying thing about getting a new connection is submission of personal national ID Card copy, so teenagers cannot get the new connections of most of mobile companies. Robi allows you to get its prepaid or postpaid new connection even you are under age, but with submission of National ID Card copy of your parents or guardian. Procedure to get Robi Prepaid and Postpaid New connection
- Copy of National ID Card. If not available, you can submit the copy of your parent’s national ID card.
- Completely filled registration form of getting new prepaid or postpaid connection.
- Copy of latest passport size photograph.
- Copy of National ID Card of guarantor.
By submitting all these documents and package charges, you can get your new connection at the spot from any authorized dealer of Robi.
Procedure to Replace Sim
Following things are required to deposit for getting replacement of your SIM Card in case of any damage or lost.
- Provide faulty or damaged SIM if available.
- The photocopy of original registration form.
- If the owner of SIM cannot come to get the replacement of SIM, any other person can collect on behalf of it just by providing proof in the form of signature and allowance letter to collect the SIM.
- The replacement charges are Tk. 68 including VAT.
