PTCL has introduced next generation wireless broadband in the country, called as “Evo Chaar Ji”. Having Evo Chaar Ji Pakistan has entered in the list of few countries, which has this fast speed internet.
EVO Chaar ji is PTCL’s product, which is supported by Dongle and it offers speed up to the 36 Mbps. initially, it has been introduced in four major cities of Pakistan, Including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. However, company promises to expand the service to other areas, soon.
Some users have said that they have used the internet at 20-15 Mbps, but at that time the load on the network was quite low. The officials of the company say that, they are expecting to provide 10-20 Mbps of speed to their users, when network is busy. Another feature of Chaar Ji device is the backward compatibility, it means when the user will be out of Chaar Ji coverage area, he will get the signals from Rev. A or Rev. B. Chaar Ji packages: PTCL Chaar ji has introduced two packages initially, named as Charji Gold and Charji Chrome. Both are available for postpaid and pre-paid customers. Charji chrome offers 25 GB of data, while Charji Gold offers double, i.e. 50 GB. The details of these packages are as follows.
