The Wind offers you the liberty to create your own family plan. There more family members will use the package the more discount will be offered to the family members. € 5 will be the discount on each contract that you add in your family package. Other than that, 60 minutes will be offered to each family member for free calls. These 60 minutes can be used to call other members of the family and one landline number. Moreover, customers will be able to use 120 free minutes to call on any network in the country, every month, as long as they are part of the family plan. However, they need to have minimum of € 0.07 balance in their account to use this facility. These free minutes will be valid for the period of 30 days.
However, it is important to know few things, before you subscribe for the family plan. If you want to create your family plan, you should have two contract plans, with € 20 or above that. The maximum number of contracts in one family plan can be five and not more than that. Customers will get one monthly bill, for all family contracts. If you will not use the 60 free minutes to talk within the family, they will be transferred to the next month. When customers will use their plan, first the free 60 minutes will be used, that the free talk time and after that the corresponding rates will be applied, according to the individual contract plan of the family member.
