Voicemail service: it is very important to attend each and every call now days, as business, education and familial relationships, all depend on the calls. When you are out of the Orange coverage area or unable to answer a call, you can use the voicemail service. This will record all the incoming calls as voice messages for you. There is no need to subscribe for this service; it is available for all Orange customers. You can choose any one of the two available voice mail boxes. One is standards, which can record 18 messages; this is suitable for individual use. If you need it on commercial basis, you can go for the other one, which can record 30 messages. You can also protect your voicemail box with a code. The messages will be deleted after 14 days, automatically. You can easily access your voicemail box, just dial 990. This service is available for all Orange customers for free.
Fax messaging service: This service is useful for business persons as well as office workers. You can direct the incoming Fax to the destination of your choice, which can be fax machine or your computer. Fax messages will be recorded in your voicemail box and you will get a SMS, when you will get a fax.
Call holding and waiting: This is another free service, which is available for all Orange customers. When you have to talk to two persons at a time and you cannot go for the conference call, you can take the advantage of this service. Switch between two calls and manage them easily. This service is available for prepaid customers only.
